Learn "Open Office" Class ID: RW-10 Open Office is a multi-function application created by Sun Microsystems, Inc. The package currently is available at no cost. This is an introductory class that will help you get started using the Open Office applications and some of its multiple functions. Class will start with a demonstration of installing the package on your PC. Then we will discuss the start menu and selection process. Next is an overview of some of the basic functions available. We will focus primarily on the word processing application. BONUS: A CD that has the setup and installation programs for Open Office will be available that you may take home with you. |
