Problems With Logging In

Having a problem logging into the Members Only Section ? Please Check that you have entered your seven digit Timber Pines Computer Club ID Number (found at the bottom of your club ID card, e.g.: 09772-20, be sure to use the dash between the fifth and sixth digit ), and your full E-mail address in the appropriate blocks. A cookie is required for the Members Only security program to work. To allow Timber Pines Computer Club to create a cookie on your computer so that you can enter the Members only section, follow the directions from the attached PDF file (CLICK HERE). You may save your information so that all you have to do next time you enter the "Members Only" section, is click on the "Login". Just put a check in the "Remember Me" box. If you have recently changed your E-mail address, enter your old E-mail address, and club ID number to temporally gain access to the Members Only section. Then fill out the "E-mail, Change of address Form" found in the "Administrative Forms" section of the "Members Only" section. If our records indicate that your E-mail has bounced, or has been returned undeliverable, your information has been, or will be removed from our database, and you will not be able to gain access to the "Members Only" section. If after following the above, you continue to experience a problem accessing the Members Only section, tell us what the problem is. Click Here to get the required form. We will check our security database to make sure we have the correct information. We will contact, and let you know what we have found. We should have you up, and running within 48 hour. |
